Ensure all equipment is returned under the grandstands after the game.
Book & game balls must be sealed in the designated container.
Gloves must be sealed in the designated container.
Bats should be placed in the bucket.
Lock the door to the grandstands.
Keep games to one hour 20 min or 7 innings for men's games.
Ensure pitches are between 6 and 12 feet in height.
If a pitch is too low or too high, give the pitcher a warning. On repeat, call it a ball.
Ignore remarks from spectators. If an issue is intolerable, contact the commissioner.
Only team captains may approach umpires to discuss calls.
Arguing balls and strikes:
First offense: warning.
Repeat offense: ejection. Contact the commissioner.
Both have equal authority to:
Call a runner out for leaving base too soon.
Call time for suspension of play.
Eject or disqualify a player or coach.
Call illegal pitches.
Suspension may occur for:
Unsportsmanlike conduct.
Physical violence.
Failure to pay league fees.
Disqualified or ejected players/coaches must remain on the bench. Failure to do so results in forfeit.
If an ejected player causes further problems, they must leave the field and stands.
